Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer fast and reliable tracked shipping across France and the European Union.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• France: 2-4 business days.

• Germany, Italy, Spain & Rest of EU: 3-6 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Delivery to Pick-up Points (Point Relais / Packstation) We support delivery to Pick-up Points across Europe. To use this service, please simply enter the name and address of your chosen Pick-up Point as the "Shipping Address" at checkout. (Please ensure the recipient name matches your ID so you can collect the parcel).

Shipping Costs Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the destination.

Order Tracking Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package's journey in real-time.
